[gui-talk] Attn: Josh, or other XP speech recognition users

Hi,

The built-in microsoft version works good. There are some things that are 
not accessible with it like the language bar and corrections pannel, but if 
someone who knows jaws scripting, window-eyes set files, or, when it comes 
out, window-eyes7 scripting could write scripts or sets for it then it would 
work a lot better.
