Out of the free choices, sa2go is the most sophisticated IMO. It is,
after all, the free version of a commercial product. however, it
requires you to be connected to the internet in order to be able to
use it. Thus sa2go would be my first choice if you have an always on
connection.
When you are not connected to the net, nvda would be my preference
especially since it can be run from a thumb drive. the only advantage
to Thunder is IMO that it has some mouse emulation that nvda does not
have at this point.
