[gui-talk] Free screenreaders was RE: Thunder screen reader free for ALL

In your (all listers with experience) opinion, which do you like better,
NVDA or SaToGo? And why?

I have used NVDA in the past, and I liked it for the most part. The things
I didn't like, are likely to be fixed in the latest release but I haven't
tried that out yet.

I have not used SaToGo yet, but plan on trying it soon. Does it currently
have support for braille displays?

My experience with screenreaders has been based on very little training with
JAWS which I do not use now and never really used. I need to really start
forcing myself to migrate to using a screenreader all the time and I will be
using the free options until I can afford Window-Eyes (please do not tell me
about the payment options, I am aware and know my own budget). I would be
happy to stick with a free option if it will allow me to use a braille
display.

I look forward to hearing opinions.

Cindy
