[gui-talk] cell phones question

hello,

Are there any ATNT, or seemuns cell phones that I can either put talks on or 
mobile speak screen readers on? Here is what I am looking for.

I want an ATNT or some type of pay as you go phone. Meaning, you add minutes 
you add so many minutes to use the phone, and there are no monthly bills or 
contracts. If there are any mobile or cell phones that are pay as you go, 
phones, that can run one of the mobile speak screen readers, or the talks 
screen reader, please let me know. I don't have the money for a contract 
like paying $30 or $40 per month. But I could pay for one of those to go 
phones, if, of course, there is one that a screen reader will work on, 
mobile speak, or talks, I don't care which one.
any suggestions or ideas?
