[gui-talk] Fwd: Microsoft Accessibility Update, April 2008

I began to sign up for this newsletter, and it turns out to be more hassle 
than I expected. First I was asked to register with a user ID and pass 
(after clicking on the first link supplied below and then clicking on the 
link to subscribe or unsubscribe) ),so I did that. but then that took me to 
a page where I was told I had to register with another thing, some kind of 
product ID something or other. At that point, I just gave up for the moment.

What is this? How do you just sign up for the newsletter? And what is Silver 
Light or whatever they invite you to install on the first page?
