It is a small portable computer with flash memory drive. The current one has a a 4 GB drive,  with Linux and is mainly for Internet.

The Eee PC from Asus has been discussed quite a bit on this list.  According 
to some information that was posted on
www.eeeuser.com
the version with Windows XP preinstalled will be available at Best Buy 
beginning on April 9, and it will sell for $399.00.
