[gui-talk] Navigating in Windows Mail

I've just done away with Windows mail because of all its problems.
Thunderbird has been a much better solution. However, there is an answer
to your contact lockup problem.
The reason the contacts window locks up is due to a bug in Microsoft and
the templates used. Even if you unload your screen reader and load
Narrator instead, it will fail. The work around for this to work
properly follows:
1. Open your contacts folder, but do not press any arrow keys.
2. Press alt-v, then f for the folder template dialog box.
3. Choose the "all" template which should be the first one in the list.
4. Press enter.
Now, your contacts window will be using the all documents template
instead of the contacts template and you will not experience any more
lockups.
