Hi Albert,
You could probably initially establish your account by mail and then use the
on line banking. When I started using citizens bank on line I had a little
trouble and called the 800 number and the tech people were very helpful.
There are also braille bank statements available from citizens. I do not
know about the other bank.
I believe there is a 800 number for citizens customer service so maybe you
could get your account set up that way also.
