[gui-talk] Which update to choose for new AVG Free Edition installation?

Hi all,

This is a question to any listers who are using AVG Free Edition V. 7.5 and
are familiar with a dialogue like the one I've pasted in below. It's not
that I'm unfamiliar myself with AVG free edition. But it happens that I
uninstalled the version that was on my computer and downloaded the program
afresh from Frisoft, then installed it in order to try to rectify a problem
I've been having. Which doesn't bear going into here. So here is my
question:

I uninstalled my old AVG Free Edition V. 7.5 cleanly. I went online to
frisoft.com and downloaded AVG Free Edition. I activated the install file
and now AVG Free Edition is again installed on my computer.

The current build which I have installed is dated July, and so I immediately
launched the update feature. I was presented with a choice of two possible
choices to specify as my desired update, and I don't know which one of them
I should go for. I will paste in the message containing this choice, below.
Can anyone explain which update I should choose? My operating system is
Windows XP home. Thanks very much. I have fully read the descriptions of the
two choices and I don't understand which of them is right for me. I do see a
mention of Windows NT in the second, which suggests to me that nothing in
this one may be meant for my own system, but I don't want to make a hasty
assumption. Thanks again.
