Depends on how much text you want to copy. If it's the bulk of the page, then the CTRL+A, CTRL+C and then paste into Word using CTRL+V should work.
Word can edit HTML just like a .DOC file. So as Peter mentions, save the web page as a HTML file, and then open that file using Word and edit to your liking.

Hello Curtis and listers,
There is a Word utility you can download and install from Microsoft that
allows you to save Web pages as Word documents. How much of the Web page
attributes that are preserved during the conversion I'm not sure. All you
can do is give it a try.

Subject: [gui-talk] Copying Text With Attributes From A Web Page
Greetings:
Apologies for the cross posting.
I am involved in a project where it is necessary to copy and paste text and
its accompanying attributes from Internet Explorer into Word. I know that
all of the screen reading programs on the market allow one to copy and paste
the text of a Web page; what you get is the text and nothing else. If I
were a mouse user, I could not only copy the text itself but also the text
attributes such as color, font, etc. Has anyone found a way to do this
nonvisually? The mouse cursors provided with the screen reading programs do
not seem to be of any help in this regard.
I fear I may be forced to use a sighted reader, which is a perfectly
acceptable albeit less economical approach<smile>. Any and all help would
be appreciated.
Cordially,
Curtis Chong
