Select the file and press Shift+F10 to bring up the context menu. Then choose "Open with..." and review the options available. Firefox should be listed and if you choose it, that'll become the default application again.

Subject: [gui-talk] opening html file
I have a new problem that I'm not sure how to fix.
I use Firefox as my browser and I have/had associated html files with it.
When I double clicked an html file it would automatically open in Firefox.
Now for some reason, when I double click an html file they will not open
directly in Firefox. They do not go to IE either. The files are fine
because I can go into firefox and use the File>Open command to open the file
just fine.
Also, I have some vision and I can see that the html file still has the
firefox icon associated with it.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Cindy
