I am trying to help a fellow long distance resolve a issue he is having with outlook Express on a XP home edition system.
The majority of the time he attempts to start Outlook Express he gets a error message stating he is out of memory. If he closes Express and tries again it more than likely will go ok. On some occasions when he closes Outlook Express after getting the out of memory he will attempt to open Outlook Express and he will get the error message that outlook is already running when it is not shown on the task bar as being open. To clear this problem he has to reboot the computer.
So far I have instructed him to clear out his Temporary internet files and his Windows Temp directory and this has not resolved the problem. Other than this the computer is running normally.
Got any ideas as to what his problem may be?
Thanks in advance.
