[gui-talk] Need help moving through an Adobe .pdf doc

Okay. I'll try using the go to feature next time I have the energy to try
again. But no, Jaws doesn't redefine the control page down and up keys. I
use them all the time. There is a strange problem with that in Word, where
if you try to use those page to page navigation Windows commands after doing
a Word search within a document, they'll activate some part of that search
function until you open the search function again and fool Jaws by doing a
couple of things people have to pass on to each other in a Jaws list after
someone figures it out. But that isn't the issue here.
I've copied and pasted the single page of text I was able to see in this
newsletter, and emailed it to the person and asked them if this was all they
put into the newsletter or if I'm missing something. So that will be a
start. I would like to figure this out.
Thanks again.

Another thing that occurs to me is that possibly JFW redefines the CONTROL
PGUP and CONTROL PGDN key. Both
Lloyd and I are Window-Eyes users. Another thing you can try is to go to
the "view" menu and then the "go to" item
and select the next page option. If that does not bring you to a new page
that you have not seen, then it is almost
certainly something with that particular document.
