[gui-talk] ccleaner question

Hi, I have a question about ccleaner. under the issues tab after I scan in 
the list I see entries for programs I have installed on my system which I 
use. is it safe to clean thes entries I can provide the list if anyone needs 
to see what i'm talking about. thanks in advance.
