Otis,

I would not use the Cingular free directory assistance.  They do not have a
way to setup your account to automatically list the calls as free and you
have to call every month after you receive your bill to get credit for the
calls that you made.  I signed up for this service and stopped using it
after about four months because it was such a pain.  There is no way to get
the credit before the bill posts.  I do not use directory assistance very
often but now I use the 800-FREE-411.
