You can also dial these two free numbers:

>From Google: 800-466-4411 (or goog 411)
>From Microsoft, just saw this one today: 800-225-5411 (or call 411)

Assuming you have a way to read text messages, like the Talks or Mobile 
Speak screen reading software on your phone, you can also send a free text 
message to Google at 46645 with the name of the business and appropriate zip 
code. I've done this before when looking for a particular business and it 
works quite well. The results will have the business name, address and 
phone. Granted, texting may not be for everyone, but it is an option. AT&T 
Wireless (formerly Cingular) offers texting packages for a very affordable 
price, so don't count it out.
