Otis, as I said on guispeak, you can get free directory assistance without 
applying for anything by just typing 1 800 FREE411 instead of 411.
The only annoyance, other than the longer number, is that you have to listen 
to 1 or 2 advertizements before you get your number(s).

Call 611 fromj you phone and be connected to the operator.  Ask them to
connect you to the disability office or get them to give the number to you.
