Hi Sherri,
The Freedom Import Printer operates under Windows just like any printer.
Select the file and hit CONTROL-P to print. in the printer selection
dialogue, you should be able to arrow down to the selection "Freedom
Import Printer. Then TAB over to the OK button, and either press the
spacebar or hit ENTER. Open book should be launched, and OCR will be
performed. Results may vary.
Andy

Subject: [gui-talk] Freedom Import Printer question
I received a document, which has the .doc extension on it, but it's
really just an image file. How do I go about trying to send it to the
Freedom Import printer so that I can see if there is some possible way
Open Book can read it? Any help would be appreciated and thanks in
advance. You can message me off-list if you don't want to clutter up the
list.
Sherri
