[gui-talk] A Packmate, Braillenote, or Icon?

The Icon has a braille output component called the braille plus, I believe.
They're made a separates for better functionality.  I believe they can also
run via a Bluetooth connection  so you don't have attach them.

If I wasn't after braille output then this device would be utterly perfect.
