That's correct, you can get the adapters though its odd! I mean the
Braillenote has USB ports for data transfer and yet it doesn't have to
connect the Braille Display component, the other problem is that just
because you have a USB to serial adapter doesn't guarantee that everything
will work as planned, conflicts can arise.

Isn't there some sort of adapter you can get when you don't have those ports
on your computer to convert it to USB? Pam.
