[gui-talk] A Pacmate or a Braillenote?

Hi,
if you do have bluetooth the device will work as a braille display and
will also work as an external speech synthesizer.  I have tried the
synthesizer with Window-eyes but not with JAWS so I do not know if
that will work.
Others may know.
