[gui-talk] Internet explorer 6 and vista

You are not able to have IE6 on Vista.  Vista comes with IE7.

I still say as others have that you should try to get used to IE7 and that
you can get rid of most unwanted toolbars. There will be more and more
situations that IE6 won't be able to handle properly.
