[gui-talk] Accessing on line PDF documents

Hi,

Could someone tell me if there's some type of settings I need to change to
open a on-line PDF document?  Every time I click on the link it acts like it
want to open but it don't.  I'm using window-eyes 6.1 on a windows Vista
system.
