[gui-talk] reading messages

That message doesn't come from OE, I suspect. It has to do with Windows
updates. You can find the update installer that produced these messages
in the System Tray.

I am not sure quite how to explain this one, but here goes.
Sometimes, when I check my computer after a long period of being off
of it, I may hear Jaws say something about restart to do update, but I
can never find the entire message among the stuff from Outlook Express.
How do I read the whole message? Hope this is clearer than mud!
