Hi, Jim. I found that if I checked the first box and set it for 30 minutes,
it would work, but only if I left outlook running and minimized it.
Otherwise, not.

In Outlook 2007, go to Tools, Options, then to the Mail Setup tab, then
click on the Sennd Recieve button.
Here is where you can set the frequency as to how often Outlook checks for
mail.
