   No I don't think they monitor the lists;  however, if the lists are any 
indication, there may not be as many tech support questions.
   If many of the big purchasers notice the law suit, they may not notice 
the lack of tech support and improvements to the product.  It seems that FS 
is more interested in the number of products they can release rather than 
the quality of the products they release.
