Freedom Scientific has just put up a podcast about all this that I
think might be worth a listen, before all the speculation clouds the
minds of the masses. <grin>

Go to http://www.freedomscientific.com and choose Subscribe to FSCast.
This will not actually subscribe you directly, but it will take you to
a list of available casts, in which the new podcast about this latest
issue will appear at the top.  The cast contains more than just
information on this situation, including some company background.
According to a quick skim I just did, the discussion of Wafra begins
at time 9:02 in the file.  The file is the May installment of
Freedom's monthly podcast, and it was just published minutes ago I
think.
