Are you looking for a recommendation for a new embosser, or are you 
looking for a used one?

How much printing will you do?  How much do you have to spend?

Technically, this is off topic for this list, although you will 
probably get some responses.  Other good lists might be nfbcs, napub, 
or blind talk.
