[gui-talk] "The best" media playing software.

The organization of your audio is really not something you would do with
Winamp. This is more a function of you moving files from place to place
using cut and paste. However, if it's play lists you're thinking of, it's
easy in Winamp.

Before following the instructions below, make sure your play list window
is active; which, if memory serves, it is by default.

1. Select and play the first file you want in the list using the normal
methods of finding a file. Press enter on this file to play it. You'll be
pulled in to the Winamp main window.

2. Next, alt+tab back to the folder in which you were. Find your next file
in the usual way.

3. Next, instead of pressing enter to play it, press control+f then e to
cue it in Winamp. This action will cause the file to be played after the
first file is over.

4. Continue to repeat steps 1 through 4 until you have all the files you
want.

5. Next, go to the Winamp play list window using control+tab.

6. Now, press control+s to save. This pulls up the standard dialog box
with which you are presumably familiar. Respond to it in the usual way.

HTH.

Sincerely yours,
The Constantly Barefooted,
Ray

Could someone tell me how to organize favorites in Real Player. I have most
of my favorites in two folders and want to creat others. When I went into
what would work, the dialogue was very confusing.
