[gui-talk] Defining and Redefining Filetype Associations

I have found that Winamp seems to have the most accessible way of defining
filetypes.  I have always need sighted help to do it in Real Player and
Windows Media player.  In Real Player, I get to a list of filetypes and
don't hear anything with JAWS.
