[gui-talk] Displaying Braille cells in a Word document.

Can anyone tell me of fixed-sized fonts I can use to display Braille characters in the text of an e-mail message or Word document?

I'm looking for something that would display round yet hollow dots as well as a round and filled-in dots (or even hollow and filled-in squares) to represent the various dot positions in Braille cells.

Thanks for any help you can provide.
