to other key driven features.  You can perform most editing takes from
within Outlook itself.

Hi everyone,
    I just started having a problem where outlook will not let me click on
any links in email. I keep getting a message saying something about the
operation being canceled due to restrictions on my computer. I have no idea
how this happened and I've looked at several settings and cannot figure out
what got changed or how  to fix it.
