[gui-talk] Spanish-english Dictionary Software

I am learning Spanish and am in need of an accessible Spanish-English 
dictionary.

I am aware of some such dictionary websites but am specifically 
looking for  dictionary software that I can also use when not 
connected to the Internet.

any recommendation is much appreciated.
