[gui-talk] Error message when trying to send email from OE

I used EBackup to transfer my Outlook Express files, address book and 
Favorites from my desktop computer to my laptop.  After much work, I got 
them transferred.  But, when I try to originate a message from Outlook 
Express, I get an error message, right after pressing control n.

I've copied the error information and have it saved, if someone would be 
able to interpret what it means and let me know how to fix this problem.
