[gui-talk] Displaying links to e-mail addresses

I am trying to send a document out which has links to various officials' e-mails only by their names. How do I get those to copy and display in the document as links?

Example below.

Chief of Staff 

Joe Robinson  

 

407-246-2221

 

In the document on the web, his name shows up as a link, but if I copy and save the web document into a Word document, even as an HTML file, it doesn't seem to work. Any help would be appreciated.
