[gui-talk] book port 2

Oh well, just wondering, especially in view of the new victor 
product from humanware.  And once they get book port 2 out, maybe 
they can fix book wizard reader so it will work with Vista.  I've 
been trying to get them to fix this for a couple of months now, or 
at least suggest what I might do to get it to work in the meantime.
