[gui-talk] Difficulty downloading/installing Adobe Reader 8.1

This was just after 8.0 was released. I can't remember if I received the
information via a list or from Adobe's site but I do remember feeling sure
enough of its validity that I didn't download it.

Where did you read that, and did they say exactly what was fixed from 8.0?
Often I have found that the new version does nothing particularly different,
but each version seems to be a bit more stable with screen readers. this
version could be the exception, but it would be useful to know more.
