[gui-talk] 2007 NFB Presidential Report and Banquet Speech NowAvailable!!

hello,

I'm interested to go to this site and have a listen. But I have a question.

Now, I think I understand what a President's Report given at a banquet may 
be, and a speech. But I'm not sure what a Presidential Release is. Further 
confusion results from the fact that no date is given for the occasion on 
which the Report was given (as a banquet speech, I'm imagining), but the 
"release" is said to be from July. Which is what? Can anyone tell a 
non-member who doesn't understand the info the way it's expressed in the 
notice below? I know of no meaning for the term "release" in an 
organizational context except for "press release," and that doesn't seem 
likely. a presidential release? What is that? Sounds like a pardon or a 
commutation, but then I'm just jokingly alluding to current events.
