You are taking a cheap shot, and comparing apples and oranges.  Creative probably makes 100,000 of those things a day, and sells them, where the Stream will probably sell 100,000 in it entire lifetime.  It is supposed to support Audible in September, and of course its firmware is up gradable.  I doubt most Creative devices even have upgradable firmware\!
