[gui-talk] No blank lines

My own message below about no blank lines contains blank lines.

This anoyance is puzzling, because the copy of the message in my sent items 
looks different from the copy I got in my GuiTalk folder.

I'll sort out the formatting problem on the writer's division list if If I 
can't figure it out here.

Dear all,

I am no longer able to insert blank lines while writing am e-mail message in 
outlook express. I like to be able to put a blank line between each 
paragraph, but something in the software doesn't allow me to do that.

I see the blank lines while writing the message, but the sent copy strips 
out the blanks.

I would appreciate it if any one knew how I can fix this issue.
