Someone on our NAPUB list might be able to help.  NAPUB is the National Association to Promote the Use of Braille.  However, I suspect that more details would be 
helpful such as whether this is a one-time job or whether something on-going is being sought and whether they are looking for a volunteer or if they are willing to pay
