Well, the question speaks for itself. Has anyone had success with
Billmelater as far as paying bills online? I can't seem to view their sample
version of a bill, so consequently, can't look at my statement. Where can I
report this site for being blind unfriendly and what URL can I send to them
so they can learn about ways to make their site more friendly? Thanks.
