[gui-talk] Corrupt file problem

Dear folks

File Checker in Win 98 Second Edition reports that a file called DELTTSUL.EXE is damaged or corrupt and calls for me to  replace it from the Windows installation CD, which I copied to the root directory.  But this file is nowhere to be found.  Is this a phantom problem?

I am grateful for guidance.  Thanks.
