[gui-talk] Delphi Skyfi 2 receiver

If it any resembles Skyfi1, there may be a small button below and 
slightly to the right of the tuning knob but am not 100% since I don't 
have a Skyfi2.

For anyone interested, however, I do have a file in which I've written 
down steps on configuring most common menu options for Delphi Roady XT, 
Myfi, Skyfi, and Audiovox Xpress.
