Hello Geetha,
Typically, lowercase is used when solving CAPTCHAs. You may need to listen
to that audio CAPTCHA several times in order to correctly understand the
characters.

Subject: [gui-talk] Problems with Paypal
Hello all,
I have made several attempts to register with Paypal. Each time I try
creating an account, I get an error stating that the text in the graphic
that needs to be typed in the edit field is incorrect. They do provide an
audio file with the text, which I used. It is however not clear from the
audio narration as to whether the letters are in upper or lower case.
Has anyone encountered this problem when registering with Paypal?
Thanks,
Geetha
