Available for immediate release is a new firmware update to the Voice Sense. 

  

The initial release of the Voice Sense has been a success. Since the summer of 2007 everyone has had a chance to enjoy all the benefits of this very small and feature-packed note taker. As always, we are constantly working to bring you a stable product, and the Voice Sense is no different. 

  

At last! Version 1.1 of the Voice Sense firmware has been released and is now available for download. This new version introduces many bug fixes and enhancements over the 1.0 and the 1.1 public betas. 

  

The best way to upgrade to this new firmware is by using the online update from the Voice Sense by pressing U twice from the main menu. Then choosing the Upgrade Online option. The Voice Sense will require an active wireless Internet connection in order for the Online upgrade to work. If you do not wish to use the Online upgrade, you can upgrade the firmware by using the Offline option. To do this, you will need to download the firmware from our web site. 

  

You can download any available firmware files from the Voice Sense downloads section of our web site. The direct url for it is http://www.gwmicro.com/Support/Downloads/?category=Voice+Sense+Support+Files. Here you will find a link to the new November 30 2007 1.1 firmware. When you choose this firmware link, you will see a link to the change log file which lists all the changes made since version 1.0.
