Why not just let Adobe Acrobat guess at the mark-up? Unless the content
is terribly columnar, it works pretty well.

Subject: [gui-talk] Adobe question
Andrew,
Thank you for the announcement about the flash player. I have
downloaded
it.
I have an unrelated question. I am using Adobe Reader 8. Whenever I
get a
PDF document, I always get the message, "reading untagged document."
This
tells me that whomever produced the document hasn't marked it up
properly
for accessibility. Do you know of any sources of sample documents to
show
people how they should be produced?
