Steve,

You have some very good points.  What bothers me is that in these documents,
even though they often read correctly, they are like one big, long
paragraph.  If I am interrupted and need to do something else on the
computer, finding my place can be difficult.  If it is only a few pages, it
doesn't make any difference.  It's those long documents that I am
complaining about.
