[gui-talk] selecting a contact in outlook 2003

I have forgotten how to pick a person from the outlook 2003 contact list to begin a new Email.  I know how to open the contact list and move down to an entry but how then do I select that entry to begin a new Email to that entry.  I know it is something simple I just forgot it.
