Can anyone help my friend out in obtaining a Windows 98 tutorial? She is not
on this list so please e-mail her at her address or respond on the list and
I will get back to her. Thanks so much.

Subject: [Nfbf-l] Windows 98 tutorial, any suggestions welcome
Hi everyone,
I just got a call from a longtime friend in Illinois, and she has an
installed version of Windows 98, and Window Eyes, but no one to help her
learn how to use them. I see a Windows XP tutorial in the NLS catalog, but
I don't know if this would confuse her, even though the principles are about
the same. It's also three Braille volumes, which sounds pretty daunting.
Does anyone have an old Windows 98 cassette tutorial I could send to her? I
know National Braille Press keeps current on these things, so they have
something for XP. And as far as Window Eyes goes, I'm not sure what she
has. Anyway, she has health problems, and is alone, so it would be great if
she could get back on the computer. She knows DOS, so you see how far
behind she is.
Thanks for any help you can give.
Sherrill
